3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details.
- You must keep login credentials confidential.
- Any activity performed from your account may be treated as authorized activity.
4. Campaigns, Leads, and Tracking
Campaign access, lead validation, payout eligibility, approval rules, and reporting depend on advertiser/admin configuration. Invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete leads may be rejected.
5. Prohibited Use
- No fake leads, spam, misleading promotion, abusive automation, or unauthorized data collection.
- No attempt to bypass tracking, security, payout rules, or system limitations.
- No use of the platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
6. Payments and Payouts
Payouts, commissions, and incentives are subject to campaign rules, verification, deductions, tax compliance, and admin approval. Displayed earnings may be estimates until finalized.
7. Intellectual Property
Software, dashboards, designs, workflows, content, logos, and technology provided through the platform remain the property of Whitelabel or their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an operational best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed business opportunities, third-party service downtime, or data issues caused by incorrect usage.
9. Changes to Terms
